You can improve your fitness in Ponteo, not only in favorite group exercises, but also individually, under the guidance of an experienced trainer. The trainer will teach you the proper technique of exercises, explain what exercises are appropriate for you, and vice versa, which you should avoid.
The expert advice and experience of the trainer will help you on your way to be fitter and have solid health.
